Our products are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, especially in our premium range. As a result, we typically do not carry multiple identical pieces, which may limit our ability to offer an exact product exchange.

However, if we do have the same item in stock, we’ll be happy to arrange an exact match exchange for you.
